Q. What types of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Diners Club, Venmo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


Q. How do I add a gift message or add special instructions?

A. On the shopping cart summary (click cart at the top of the page) you will see "Enter a gift message for recipient or any special instructions here". Just click on the words and a box will open.


Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A. Generally from 1 to 5 business days depending upon your distance from Westminster, MD. Other factors may make the delivery times longer eg. carrier delays, out of stock products, supply chain issues, remote location, etc.


Q. Do you have expedited shipping?

A. Yes we offer expedited shipping. Please call 410-871-2498 or email us for a quote on Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping options.


Q. Can I mail an order request to you?

A. Yes we do accept mail orders. You can print an order form here.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes we do. Choose the international shipping option during checkout and we will email you a shipping quote.


Q. Can I return a product? How do I return it?

A. Yes you can return any new unused product within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for more information on returns.


Q. Do you have a brick and mortar retail location?

A. Yes we do! The Maryland Store is located near Westminster, Maryland. Only 22 minutes from the Baltimore beltway. See our Store Location page for more information and directions.


Q. Do you make custom Maryland gift baskets?

A. Yes we are happy to make you a Maryland gift basket containing any of our products. Call us at 410-871-2498 and we can discuss making you the perfect gift!


Q. Do you sell wholesale?

A. We do not currently sell wholesale. However discounts may be available for bulk orders of $500.00 or more.
